Jakub 'Morte' Madzia, born in 1994 - pianist, music producer and soundtrack composer from Rybnik, Poland. Active on the bandstand since 2009, associated with such bands as Herbie Hitchcock, Mo' Better Rap or Napad Na Funk. Since 2016, member of the concert band of the repeatedly awarded Jan Niezbendny and since 2017, the keyboardist of the Pomau band.
He has performed all over Poland and abroad, in 2012 he played a concert tour as a member of Rahim's (co-founder of one of the most popular rap bands in Poland - Paktofonika) live band. In 2015 he had a tour across the country in duet with beatboxer Piter Pan and mini tournee with Fryderyk winner (Polish Grammy) band - Carrantuohill. Since 2016, he regularly performs all over the country with Jan Niezbendny's band and with solo performances.
Apart from producing beats for one of the most popular polish rappers, he performed on stage with such artists as GrubSon, Metrowy or Kuba Więcek. He also took part in recordings with many popular Polish artists such as Robert Brylewski (singer of Brygada Kryzys), Adam Asanov (singer of Piersi) or Mirosław Czyżykiewicz.
Author of 9 solo projects, 3 longplays in duet and co-producer of more than 20 projects. His debut album was released in 2010 in label Stay True Records. In 2014 he produced a mixtape (together with Juicy) which promoted one of the biggest Polish clothing brands - Diamante Wear.
For many years strongly associated with the Rybnik music scene, mainly inspired by jazz music, fusion and instrumental hip-hop, but his style is also influenced by movie scores, synthwave or generally electronic music.
Currently, he is focused on concert activity and composing original soundtracks for computer games and functional music.
